IBMS /ELV Project Manager

A Large upcoming Data Center(MNC) is hiring IBMS/ELV Professionals for their Data Center Business.

Role & responsibilities

• Design of IBMS equipment, sizing, services layouts for data center projects
• Design, Planning, and engineering of Integrated Building Management Services, System, Security and Safety
• Evaluation of multiple OEM systems, product, &; chose the right suitable mix as per the requirement.
• BOM preparation, cost estimation of the Security, Safety & BMS packages
• Ensuring design as per customer RFP & design standards getting completed seamlessly within stipulated timelines.
• Review of detail design deliverables from consultants & driving them on quality deliverables.
• Shall be able to take complete ownership of IBMS design and ensures no variation in BOQs during execution.
• Shall be able to work as a design coordinator for entire design deliverables, coordinatewith other SMEs, stakeholders and maintain DCI progress time to time and present in weekly design calls.
• Review and verify system designs from vendors and consultants to ensure they meet project requirements, industry standards such as TIA-942-B and regulatory codes
• Conduct site inspections to verify that installations are in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during installation and commissioning phases.
• Oversee and verify Chiller Plant Manager control logic as per sequence of operations, including normal discharge, recharge modes of CHW systems, chiller staging, rotation, and control setpoints etc.
• Support to site execution team on design front & testing / commissioning front.
• Shall have very good experience in design of Fire System, IBMS, Access Control & CCTV systems etc.
• Shall have good experience in Budgeting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate shall be B. Tech (Instrumentation / Electronics)
• Experience in Design & execution of Security,Safety & Building Management systems.
• need to have experience to design & execution of Datacentre Build.
• Knowledge of IT Network
• Should have experience of working or minimum to read the AutoCAD layouts, designing, plan the concept design for ELV services.
• Strong Internal & external client-facing and Vendor management experience
• Shall have good communication skills to drive discussions, present technical documents to customers
• Experience with datacentre equipment/environments, including
• electrical & Mechanical systems and an understanding of
• startup/commissioning processes preferred
• 8-12 yrs of overall Experience.
• Data Center design experience will be an added advantage.
• Should be willing to Visit & travel to Sites to support the execution teams/contractors
