该职位来源于猎聘 【核心职责】 1. 主导IC载板设备机械系统设计开发，包括：
- 整机结构设计与优化、关键模块创新设计
- 精密运动系统开发、流体系统集成设计 2. 负责设备全生命周期开发：
- 需求分析及方案设计、3D建模与工程仿真
- 原型机制作与验证、量产转化支持 3. 主导技术文档体系建设：
- 设计规范制定、工程图纸审核
- BOM管理、工艺指导文件编制 4. 跨部门协同：
- 与电气/软件团队协同开发、供应商技术对接、客户技术支持 【任职要求】 1、机械工程/自动化本科，3+年非标设备设计经验 2、精通大型生产设备开发流程 3、熟练掌握设计仿真工具 4、具备完整设备开发项目经验（从设计到量产） 5、熟悉机械加工工艺及材料特性 √ 优先条件： - 半导体/PCB/FPD设备设计经验 - 3C自动化设备开发背景 - 精密运动控制/流体系统设计经验 - 熟悉SEMI/SECS/GEM标准
