1、负责模块级别后端设计。
2、负责block开发前期的后端PPA评估。
3、配合TOP 实现signoff 收敛。
职位要求 ： 1、微电子相关专业硕士，IC行业 5年以上经验优先。
2、熟悉block level 从netlist到gds后端实现的全流程。
4、熟悉power/timing/DRC 等signoff流程，并有实际项目经验优先。
5、熟练使用相关的EDA工具(innovus/fusion coompiler/star-rc/primetime)。
6、有7nm以及更先进工艺节点设计量产经验者优先。 7、具有高速接口ip/先进工艺经验优先。
