该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 依照产品定义和设计文档完成数字及数模混合芯片的验证计划文档撰写，搭建模块和系统级的验证环境，开发test case，完成RTL代码的验证工作。 岗位要求： 1. 微电子或其它相关专业学生； 2. 能熟练使用至少一种仿真和debug工具； 3. 熟悉MCU体系架构，各种通信协议如I2C、UART、SPI等优先； 4. 熟悉C语言、system verilog和验证方法学，了解OVM/UVM验证方法学优先； 5. 2027届能长期实习优先。 专业要求： 电子信息工程,电子科学与技术,微电子科学与工程,集成电路设计与集成系统,电磁场与无线技术,电子信息科学与技术,通信工程
