• Development of 3–5-year strategic plan (LTP) & annual business plan (Deep Dive) for Logic & Analog BG ICS, align with BG strategy head and corporate strategy.
• Conduct market forecasting, competitive benchmarking, value pool analysis for logic IC, PMIC across automotive, industrial, communication & IoT.
• Evaluate product portfolio strategy, drive resource allocation roadmap (internal and external resources) for new product development.
• Identify M&A, licensing & partnership opportunities; conduct commercial due diligence, financial modelling & proposal preparation.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives, track execution, organize quarterly strategy review, resolve cross-functional barriers.
• Support BG MT meetings, prepare executive presentations for local & global stakeholders.
• Lead strategy data analyst team, standardize analysis framework & workflow.

SKILLS /COMPETENCIES Requirements:

• Master’s degree, EE/Microelectronics preferred; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 8 years semiconductor industry experience, ≥4 years strategy, R&D, product marketing or market intelligence experience in analog & logic IC business.
• Deep knowledge of analog PMIC, logic IC; familiar with automotive & industrial semiconductor demand trends.
• Strong financial modelling, business case analysis, presentation & cross-functional communication capability.
• Fluent English for global executive communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior working experience at analog IC fabless semiconductor companies such as NXP, TI, onsemi, Novosense, etc;
• Experience participating in semiconductor M&A, product line acquisition or strategic cooperation projects;
• Previous experience in IC R&D, Product Marketing or Product Line Management.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive-grade analog & logic IC market and AEC-Q100 product standard;
