Responsibilities include supporting electrical characterization, reliability testing, silicon validation, burn-in and reliability hardware, data analysis, root-cause investigations, CAPA, DFM, yield improvement, and launch-readiness activities. The position helps ensure products meet performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability requirements for successful production ramp.
