IC - Receiver

About the role

This full-time position will be responsible for receiving finished goods (FG) from both in-house and outside deliveries, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining accurate and timely receiving transactions.

What you'll be doing

• Receives finished goods from both in-house and outside deliveries.
• Ensures that finished goods meet the required quality standards during receiving.
• Escalates any misalignment or discrepancies in returned finished goods against operating standards or receiving documents to the Line Leader.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of receiving transactions.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any finance-related course.
• Knowledgeable in basic warehousing operations.
• Keen attention to detail, numerical proficiency, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Preferably at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role but fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
