• Services and Deliverables: The ES (Engineering Service) we are seeking is to support Apple Full Time ICD EPM (Interconnect device Engineering Program Manager) for the development, engineering validation builds and delivery of ICD projects across various Apple products. This individual will be mainly based at ICD vendor factories to support ICD NPI activities, and will be working with cross functional teams such as ICD PD, Tooling, TPM, SQE, System EPM, PD, REL, to support build execution and meet the overall program objectives.

• Apple defines scope of work, minimum resource quantity and provides sign-off on requirements
• Vendor manages the deliverables, task assignments, resourcing and training
• Vendor (or Technical Lead ) provides weekly reporting and handles initial escalations
• Apple will setup a quarterly checkpoint to review the quality of service and may request adjustments Requirements
• Some line of business (LOB) may have tenure requirement (i.e. work w/ vendor for at least 6 months), please ask for clarification if it is not clear. Deliverables
• Tracking ICD products design issues for specific programs and support the NPI build programs to launch successfully
• Updated reports and schedules that highlight critical issues
• Drive build matrix/plan updates during NPI builds
• Schedule, prepare team for and drive POC, Proto, EVT, DVT and PVT Builds
• Drive vendor space/line readiness for tooling, fixtures, equipments, labs for build
• Drive build status updates from vendor
• Support DOE request for PD, TPM, SQE, Tooling, REL, etc
• Monitor reliability testing of module or product at vendor/FATP and resolution of any issues discovered in testing
• Support and drive PD for 3D/2D release to vendors for tools, fixtures, parts etc.
• Follow up with cross functional team for on time approvals of OK2xx
• Execute Build Readiness checklist for ANPP builds
• Drive materials defined by PD/EE/etc to vendors/FATP for builds
• Escalate schedule changes/delays to management for review Qualification
• BS degree required
• Good English and Mandarin Language skills
• 3+ years of relevant hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Knowledge of metal and plastic products manufacture process is a plus
• Proactive and highly self-motivated; demonstrates critical thinking capabilities with strong attention to detail
• Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm when facing of uncertainty
