Ice Cream Scooper

Job Summary:
Team Ambassadors (this is our name for crew members) at our ice cream shops have made up to $17.00 an hour. (This is an hourly year-to-date average and includes both base pay and tips) The Spun Cow is searching for Ambassadors to join our team.

At The Spun Cow, we’re devoted to our customers and bringing people together. Our ice cream shops are at the heart of how we serve this mission. They are where we offer the different options of delicious ice cream we work so hard to build from the ground up—where people come together to share joy and conversation. We love people, we love ice cream and we view ice cream as a form of art.

As an Ambassador, you will: Serve the best ice cream, gain valuable real-world business and entrepreneurship experience, work in an environment oriented around serving and making people’s day, have opportunities for growth within a growing company, and receive competitive pay.

Qualities of an Ice Cream Ambassador: Exhibit passion for community, an eye for detail, a willingness to clean, stamina (to continue to serve people in line), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be familiar with (and be able to articulate to customers) what distinguishes The Spun Cow's ice cream from other ice creams, and be able to maintain that same energy and passion even to the 500th customer with the same care and presence as done with your 1st customer. Be available to work weekends, provide consistent world-class service to every single customer, be reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift. Be committed to the well-being of the shop, the community, and the environment.

Our Ambassadors make a difference in their shop, their community, and in how they partner with their team and serve their customers. If this opportunity sounds delicious to you, please apply. The Spun Cow is an equal opportunity employer. Said our way, we love and honor differences, and we love sharing common values such as talent, hustle, guts, resilience, and empathy. Our differences are a primary source of our team's strength and we crave having a team rich with diversity
