Ice Cream Server

We are seeking a cheerful and hardworking Ice Cream Server to join our Ice Cream Department. The ideal candidate is naturally friendly, loves interacting with people, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Ice Cream Server, you will be responsible for serving ice cream, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take customer orders and serve ice cream and related products promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about our ice cream offerings.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Uphold the store’s commitment to being the friendliest department by consistently delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to work 4-5 days per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.77 - $15.00 per hour
