Ice Cream Server

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ice Cream Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious ice cream and ensuring a delightful experience for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, creativity, and customer service are paramount. Duties

• Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors while adhering to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate ice cream machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Assist customers in selecting flavors, providing recommendations, and upselling additional products.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and giving change.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food handling environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to sanitize work areas properly and adhere to food safety standards.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
