Ice Cream Server/Cashier

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service while taking their orders for ice cream and other treats
• Prepare ice cream, toppings, and other dessert items following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, including bussing tables, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring food safety standards are met
• Manage cash register operations efficiently, including processing payments and giving accurate change
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and supporting food preparation tasks as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales transactions
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety management
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
