Duties

• Safely operate the ice cream truck along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Manage daily route schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals at each stop
• Engage with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner to promote products and upsell items
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including pricing and change management
• Maintain the cleanliness and merchandising of the truck’s interior and exterior displays
• Perform heavy lifting when restocking supplies or loading inventory into the truck
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding route updates, customer feedback, and sales goals

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of driving safety practices and route navigation skills
• Basic math skills for handling pricing, transactions, and inventory counts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to create positive interactions
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to restocking supplies
• Organizational skills for managing schedules, inventory, and merchandising displays
• Prior experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
• Military experience involving logistics or driving is beneficial but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
