What they need
Education: High School Diploma, Technical Vocational Graduate (HVAC/R focus) or any related courses
Certification: Valid TESDA Ice Plant Refrigeration Servicing NC III certificate (or equivalent regional HVAC/R safety credential) is highly preferred
Experience: Minimum of 6 months–2 years of hands-on experience operating commercial refrigeration systems or industrial ice plants.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading technical manuals, mechanical blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Physical Demands: Physically fit to carry heavy loads, lift ice blocks, and withstand extreme temperature variations (hot plant floors to sub-zero storage rooms).
Working Hours: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support continuous 24/7 plant operations.
