Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ice Rink Attendant to join our team. The Ice-Skating Rink Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety of patrons, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and assisting with skate rentals.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including guest areas and event spaces.
- Uphold standards by adhering to policies and procedures related to guest services.
- Flexible availability, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Experience ice skating is required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 29.0 per week
Work Location: In person
