Shipley Do-Nuts on FM 1488 in Magnolia is hiring for a combined production and counter position. You'll help finish product in the morning — icing donuts and working cake production — then jump on the register for the rush. Good fit for someone who'd rather stay moving than do the same thing all shift.

What you'll do

• Ice, glaze, and finish donuts to Shipley standards
• Help with cake donut production — mixing, frying, finishing
• Keep product presentation consistent and the cases stocked
• Work the register and drive-thru during peak hours
• Keep your station and equipment clean and food-safe

Schedule

• Early morning shifts starting 3:00 AM to 11 AM
• 6 days a week, full time
• Consistent schedule — you'll know your hours

Pay and perks

• $12.00 per hour to start, with guaranteed overtime every week
• Working six days puts you over 40 hours, so you earn time-and-a-half at $18.00/hour for those hours — roughly $624 per week before tips
• Plus tips on top of that, on the days you work the front counter
• Paid every two weeks
• Free donuts and coffee on shift

What we're looking for

• Reliable and on time — the single most important thing
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to reliably get to the store at 3:00 AM
• Available to work 6 days a week
• Willing to learn icing and finishing technique — we'll train you
• Able to be on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable switching between kitchen work and customer service
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required
