ICLS Data Center Manager - La Union

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure reliability of data center critical infrastructure systems
• Oversee maintenance and operations of UPS, rectifiers, PACU, generators, and fire suppression systems
• Support design reviews, technical surveys, estimates, and project implementation as needed
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and SLAs
• Provide operational support for enterprise and mission-critical customers
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams
• Respond to incidents and provide after-hours or emergency support when required
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and operational records

Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate, preferably licensed (EE, ME, ECE, or CE)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Data Center Operations, Facility Management, Design, Survey, Estimation, or Project Implementation
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or mission-critical operations environment
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems and operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
