工作要求&内容

• 有至少一年仓库库存经验
• 负责仓库库存盘点，核对及异常处理 ，处理订单异常及库存差异
• 协助仓库日常运营
• 熟悉Forklift & Cherry Picker，新人友好可培训
• 熟悉电脑系统使用，WMS系统使用(可培训）
• 处理客户对仓库货物的盘点请求，额外操作--例如拍照，开箱检查质量等

工作时间：

• 周日到周五，8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 周六休息，周日必须上班
• 根据仓库运营需求安排加班

薪资待遇试用期：24美元/小时

2026年 H-1B 资助资格取决于工作表现及Staffing agency决策。

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable ICQA Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting quality assurance processes to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse inventory control experience.
• Perform inventory counts, verify inventory accuracy, and resolve inventory discrepancies and order-related issues.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Forklift and Cherry Picker operations preferred. Training is available.
• Basic computer skills required. WMS experience preferred (training provided).
• Handle customer requests related to inventory counts and additional warehouse services, such as taking photos, opening boxes, and performing quality inspections.

Compensation & Employment Details

Starting Pay (Probationary Period): $24/hour

H-1B Sponsorship: Eligibility for H-1B sponsorship in 2026 will depend on job performance and the staffing agency's decision.

Employment Arrangement:

• Candidates will be hired through and sign an employment agreement with a staffing agency rather than being placed directly on the company's payroll.
• The staffing agency may offer more flexible H-1B sponsorship options and employee benefits, subject to eligibility and agency policies.
• Once hired, employees will work alongside the company's team, receive the same training, and have equal opportunities for supervision and professional development.
• Opportunities to transition to the company's direct payroll may be available based on job performance.

Work Schedule

• Sunday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays off; Sunday attendance required
• Overtime based on warehouse needs
