ICT ANALYST-EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

To serve as the primary technical and functional support resource for learning platforms. This role directly assists faculty and students, delivers training sessions, generates usage analytics, and aids in the continuous improvement of the college's educational technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

●Platform Support: Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues regarding the LMS (e.g., login issues, missing courses, broken content links).

●Training Delivery: Facilitate hands-on workshops and create asynchronous video tutorials for faculty and students.

●Assist the EdTech Manager in rolling out, testing, and gathering feedback on new classroom technologies.

●Reporting: Extract and format data on LMS usage, course publication rates, and student engagement metrics.

Key Interactions & Working Conditions

●Internal Contacts: EdTech Manager, Faculty, Students, Academic Staff.

●External Contacts: LMS vendor technical support.

●Working Conditions: Highly visible role on campus. Peaks in workload occur during the start and end of academic semesters.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Educational Technology, or related.

Experience: 2–4 years in LMS support or instructional technology assistance.

Certifications

Preferred: LMS Administrator certification (e.g., Canvas, Moodle).
