ICT & AI Computing Infrastructure Engineer / ICT算力基础工程师

About the role

As an ICT & AI Computing Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, integration, testing and troubleshooting of ICT and AI computing infrastructure, including GPU servers, storage systems, network switches and optical communication equipment. You will take ownership of physical and system-level deployment — from servers, GPU infrastructure and networking to storage, testing and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, rack and configure GPU servers, storage systems, network switches and optical communication equipment
• Perform equipment installation, cabling, power-up, testing and acceptance
• Configure BMC, BIOS, operating systems and hardware drivers
• Support the deployment and configuration of Linux-based server environments
• Implement and troubleshoot network and storage connectivity
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network and storage-related faults
• Support GPU computing and AI infrastructure deployment at customer and project sites
• Prepare network topology diagrams, test reports, commissioning records and project handover documentation
• Ensure equipment deployment and cabling comply with relevant data centre and server-room safety requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers and technology partners during project implementation and handover

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Communications Engineering or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience in on-site delivery or deployment of data centre or computing infrastructure
• Familiar with servers, GPU infrastructure, Linux, network switches, storage systems and optical modules/equipment
• Able to independently perform network configuration, system integration and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of server hardware, networking and storage architecture
• Strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working at data centres, server rooms and customer project sites
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia according to project requirements
• Experience with AI data centres (AIDC), GPU clusters or similar high-performance computing environments will be an advantage
• HCIP/HCIE or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
