ICT / ELV BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models for ICT and ELV systems in accordance with project requirements.
• Prepare technical layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, and coordinated design drawings.
• Model and produce drawings for the following systems:
• Structured Cabling and ICT Containment
• CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation Systems
• Intercom Systems
• VESDA Systems
• Audio Visual and Public Address Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)
• Develop detailed containment layouts, including cable trays, ladders, and conduits.
• Coordinate ICT/ELV models with Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Structural, and Fire & Life Safety disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and support coordination and resolution using Revit and Navisworks.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation for design and construction stages.
• Revise and update BIM models and drawings based on engineering feedback and coordination requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.
• Assist in preparing tender, construction, and as-built drawings as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ICT/ELV BIM modelling and design production.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Navisworks.
• Good understanding of ICT/ELV systems, containment layouts, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
• Experience in data centre projects is highly preferred.
