Your Task

This role involves performing, coordinating, and improving the most complex activities in a 3rd level environment needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPIs. The position focuses on planning, implementing, and maintaining a stable technical infrastructure to support the organization's business processes, while identifying weaknesses in used processes and eliminating them following industry and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPIs
• Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations
• Diagnose and resolve complex tickets or escalate complex tickets with direct/potential impact related to IT infrastructure
• Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
• Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority
• Assess actual performance of IT infrastructure against its predicted performance and proactively remediate any deviations, with vendors if necessary
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support IT service
• Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards
• Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization's business
• Serve as technical lead to provide clear and comprehensive release and deployment plans
• Deliver effective training plans and concepts to train other employees and ensure their fulfillment

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist with strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux platforms, ICT Application Operations, and IT service management, along with excellent analytical and communication skills to support complex IT infrastructure environments.

Must Have Skills

• Completed secondary education, preferably in Information Technology
• At least 2 years of experience in ICT Application Operations and Management
• Expert knowledge of the core platform and Windows/Linux
• Intermediate knowledge of related platforms
• At least one advanced certification relevant to the platform
• Experience with SQL databases
• Strong interest in networking and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and project management
• Financial literacy in the relevant business area
• Analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented approach with experience sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues through training or mentoring
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• English at B2 level
• German at B1 level
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and independently troubleshoot incidents within the defined area of expertise

Nice to Have Skills

• German at B2 level
• Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

Salary:

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than €1,300 gross.
