💼 Role: ICT Operations Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ICT service requests, incidents and operational support within agreed SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and workplace technologies .
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, account and access management .
• Manage endpoint provisioning, software installation and ICT asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors, MSPs and GovTech for service fulfilment.
• Monitor vendor performance, service reports and outstanding requests.
• Support ICT governance, audit, cybersecurity and compliance activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, records and audit trails.

Requirements

• Around 4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Administration or Workplace Support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory .
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM, incident and service request management .
• Experience in user onboarding/offboarding and access administration .
• Experience in endpoint provisioning and asset management .
• Experience coordinating with vendors/MSPs .
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Familiarity with WOG ICT processes and government ICT support environments is preferred.
