ICT Personnel

Job Scope

·         Provide daily ICT and AV support for school operations, including morning assembly, by setting up equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.

·         Set up, operate and maintain ICT and AV equipment such as projectors, TVs, display screens, microphones, speakers, laptops and presentation systems.

·         Support e-Examinations and digital assessments by preparing, configuring and troubleshooting student devices and related peripherals.

·         Manage shared student devices by charging, organising, deploying, collecting and ensuring they are ready for classroom use.

·         Create and edit multimedia content, including photos, videos and presentations, for school events and programmes.

·         Provide ICT and AV support before, during and after school events, examinations and activities.

·         Capture photographs and videos during school events as required.

·         Maintain ICT inventory, perform basic equipment maintenance, and report faults.

·         Support the school's ICT initiatives and digital transformation projects, including recommending suitable ICT tools where appropriate.

·         Perform other ICT-related duties assigned by the HOD (ICT), SH (ICT), ICT Key Personnel or School Leaders.

Qualification:

·         At least an IT-related diploma.

·         At least 2 years experience in producing multimedia projects and setting up basic audio-visual equipment .

·         Candidates with higher qualifications and more extensive experience will receive higher scores during the evaluation process.
