ICT Project Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in tracking project progress, updating project ledgers, collecting work updates, and promptly reporting project risks and exceptions.
2. Organize project meetings, issue meeting notices, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure closed-loop implementation.
3. Manage the organization, registration, version control, and archiving of various project documents and materials; prepare project weekly and monthly reports.
4. Handle internal and external communication and coordination, liaise with various departments and partners, relay information, and maintain communication records.
5. Assist with project changes and preparation for acceptance and delivery; organize reimbursement and material-related documents; complete other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Data Processing, Communications, or related fields.
2. Proficient in project management theories; familiar with processes and methodologies for large-scale software and hardware integration projects; possess team management capabilities, on-site supervision and coordination skills, and the ability to effectively control project implementation and delivery procedures.
3. Three or more years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in engineering project delivery, integration project implementation, software projects, or cloud platform projects are preferred; experience and certifications in Huawei Datacom or Cisco Datacom product delivery are advantageous.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, good team spirit, and the ability to work under significant pressure.
5. Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English; able to read English contracts and conduct work-related communication.
6. Hold Hong Kong identity or a valid visa.
