ICT Security Officer

Missions

• Collaborate across teams: engage with ICT and business stakeholders to anticipate their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Create smart processes: develop clear procedures for security governance that improve efficiency and collaboration across the Digital team.
• Analyze, document, and improve business and security requirements using industry standards (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443).
• Assess existing infrastructure and business systems and gather insights from application, operations, and business teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and present practical, forward-thinking solutions.

Tools & Environment

• Security frameworks: NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443
• ISO 27001 auditor experience is a plus
• Application and infrastructure architecture familiarity
• Bottom-up research for diagnostics and impact analysis

Working Conditions

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT security and functional analysis
• Fluent in Dutch or French (spoken) and English (written)
• Strong communication skills: active listening, sharp questioning, and clear translation of technical concepts into user-friendly language
• Personal attributes: independent and proactive, strong team player, structured and detail-oriented, adaptable to evolving legal and organizational contexts

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT security and functional analysis
2. Strong analytical skills to define problems, clarify requirements, and propose solutions
3. Solid understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443)
4. Experience in an ISO 27001 auditor role is a plus
5. Familiarity with application and infrastructure architecture
6. Ability to perform bottom-up research for diagnostics and impact analysis
