ICT Service Partner Manager

On behalf of a world-famous ICT company, we are looking for an ICT Service Partner Manager to support partner capability development and service operations across the Latin America region.

Job Responsibility:

• Manage and develop ICT service partners across Latin America, including annual capability goals and improvement plans.
• Evaluate partner performance in project delivery, maintenance, technical capabilities, certifications, and customer satisfaction.
• Organize partner training, certification, and enablement programs to improve independent delivery and technical capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze partner KPIs, including self-delivery rate, service satisfaction, partner health, training, and certification.
• Collaborate with sales, channel, technical, and service teams to conduct partner QBRs, resolve key issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Use business data to identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and implement improvement actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ICT/telecommunications, partner management, project management, after-sales service, or related areas.
• Experience in partner management, service delivery, KPI management, training/certification, or capability development .
• Strong project management, data analysis, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• English proficiency is required ; Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work with cross-cultural teams.
• PMP, ITIL, HCIA/HCIP/HCIE, or related certifications are a plus.
