ICT Support

We are selecting an ICT Support person to join our Technical Office.

He/She will be included in the Digitalization group and will collaborate in the implementation and management of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Work Tasks

• Keep the company IT infrastructure updated and identify optizimation opportunities
• Promote the use of new information technologies within the company, training company departments on their use
• Support employees in resolving problems using software or devices
• Provide hardware support to company staff
• Draw up the necessary documentation

Requirements

• Experience with Operating Systems such as Windows Server, Linux
• Knowledge of Computer Networks, including TCO/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols
• Ability to configure and manage network devices, routers, switches, firewalls
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing concepts
• Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies
• Programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect systems and data
• Good knowledge of English
• Technical Diploma
