This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies, providing an excellent foundation for developing your technical skills, gaining valuable workplace experience, and building a long-term career in ICT.
What We Offer

About the Role
As part of our ICT team, you will play a key role in the development, maintenance and continual improvement of our in-house systems and applications. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and develop practical technology solutions that support the delivery of our services.
Strong communication skills are essential, as a significant part of the role involves engaging with colleagues to understand how they work, gathering requirements, and translating operational needs into effective ICT solutions. You will work collaboratively with users at all levels of the organisation to enhance systems, improve workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career ICT professional to gain hands-on experience in software applications development, systems support, problem-solving and business process improvement within a supportive and rewarding environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in ICT, software applications development and business systems
- Is eager to learn, develop new skills and take on new challenges
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work collaboratively with colleagues to understand and improve business processes
- Takes a logical and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the wider organisation
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and people-focused aspects of ICT and wants to develop solutions that make a real difference to how an organisation operates.
