What they need
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in SMT, ICT, or PCBA testing is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of SMT testing experience is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, ICT testing, or PCBA testing will also be considered.
Familiarity with Keysight, Teradyne, TRI, CheckSum, or SPEA ICT testers is an advantage.
Able to read PCB schematics and layouts.
Able to use multimeters, LCR meters, and oscilloscopes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas, charts, data analysis, and basic statistics.
Experience with DIP lines, BMS, energy storage, automotive electronics, or automotive PCBA testing is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work in shifts and follow production schedules.
Mandarin language ability is an advantage.
