Job Summary

EWAY Info System LLC is looking for an experienced Project Engineer / ELV Lead to manage ELV projects and lead the technical team. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, technical coordination, team supervision, testing & commissioning and ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

The candidate must have SIRA experience/certification and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ELV project installation activities from mobilization to completion.
• Manage and guide technicians and site teams on daily project activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and other project teams.
• Review project drawings, scope of work, BOQ and technical requirements.
• Plan daily and weekly site activities and allocate work to technicians.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and project requirements.
• Supervise installation of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Gate Barriers and other ELV systems.
• Coordinate SIRA-related CCTV requirements, inspections and approvals.
• Conduct site surveys and identify technical requirements, site constraints and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with the estimation/design team for technical clarifications and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and site requirements.
• Perform or supervise testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
• Ensure proper cable termination, labeling, equipment installation and system configuration.
• Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and maintain project progress reports, site reports and testing/commissioning records.
• Coordinate material requirements with the Operations / Procurement team.
• Ensure materials and equipment received at site match the approved requirements.
• Conduct client demonstrations and support project handover activities.
• Ensure project documentation, as-built drawings and testing reports are properly completed.
• Maintain good communication with management regarding project progress, delays and technical issues.
• Ensure all site activities comply with HSE and company requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Technical Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of ELV and ICT systems.
• Good knowledge of CCTV and SIRA requirements.
• Experience with Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom and Gate Barrier systems.
• Basic to good knowledge of IP networking, PoE, switches, NVRs and network infrastructure.
• Ability to read and understand ELV drawings, layouts, schematics and BOQs.
• Ability to troubleshoot ELV and networking-related issues.
• Experience in testing, commissioning and handover of ELV systems.
• Good understanding of project execution and site coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Networking or a related technical field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant ELV / ICT project experience.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• SIRA certification / relevant SIRA experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Experience leading technicians and site teams is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai ELV project requirements and site practices.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
