- FPY达成年度目标或持续向好趋势，NTF呈良好的下降趋势
- Downtime减少降低，达成年度目标或持续减低趋势 4.备品管理和安全库存定义/TPM系统执行/治具稽核和管理 任职要求： 1.学历要求本科（硬性），3年以上测试经验，需要熟悉BSI测试平台（x1149 & k1149）以及Keysight和TRI ICT测试平台 2.具备丰富的电路分析原理知识，对线路测试、治具诊断、设备维修和程序debug有丰富的经验 3.泰瑞达测试平台和飞针平台（Takaya & Spea）
