What they need
คุณสมบัติ
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขา พยาบาลศาสตร์
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ชั้นหนึ่ง
- มีประสบการณ์ในแผนก ICU / CCU / PICU อย่างน้อย 5-7 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหาร/หัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- กรณีมีวุฒิบัตรเฉพาะทางด้านการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต (Critical Care Nursing) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ การตัดสินใจในภาวะวิกฤต และการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม
