Responsibilities Job Description

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs to detect any changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and monitor hemodynamic status to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver emergency support and interventions as required, including Basic Life Support.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation reflecting patient care and progress.
• Implement infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
• Conduct wound care management with precision and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Respond efficiently to emergency situations and implement life-saving measures.
