Responsibilities

• Deliver 24/7 bedside care to critically ill patients, managing ventilators, hemodynamic monitors, and infusion pumps with precision.

• Administer medications, perform emergency interventions (CPR, defibrillation), and document vital signs and clinical changes in real-time.

• Collaborate with ICU physicians and specialists to implement and adjust care plans based on patient response and diagnostic findings.

• Ensure infection control, sterile technique, and compliance with hospital protocols during all procedures and patient handling.

• Provide emotional support and education to patients families during high-stress situations and end-of-life care.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure seamless handovers during shift changes.

  Skills Qualifications

• Must-Have

• ICU Nursing Experience

• ACLS Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Electronic Health Records (EHR)

• Hemodynamic Monitoring

• IV Therapy Medication Administration

• Emergency Response Protocols

• Experience with bedside ultrasound or arterial line insertion
