ID Admin | Urgent Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, delete, reset and suspend user IDs for operating systems and applications.
• Perform Level 1 support and troubleshooting for ID-related issues.
• Handle ID revalidation, labelling and privilege authorization revalidation.
• Ensure all deviations are remediated in a timely manner.
• Issue PIN mailers and handle phone/email enquiries from users.
• Provide accurate daily reporting and maintain ID administration documentation.
• Support IT audits by providing required information and documentation.
• Escalate issues to the relevant support team when required.
• Follow security requirements at customer premises.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager and remain contactable.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in IT or relevant technical discipline
• Knowledge of hardware (chipsets, memory, peripherals), OS, and remote connection tools
• Healthcare Compliance: Comfortable working in a hospital environment. This role will require you to take the necessary vaccines
