ID Coordinator (Interior Design) is responsible for managing design documentation, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that interior projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines. This role involves overseeing site progress, handling material selections, and supporting the design team in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsiblities

• Coordinate and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Assist in preparing design proposals, layouts, and presentation materials for clients.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and verify design drawings, material specifications, and samples.
• Conduct site visit to ensure work aligns with approved design and specifications.
• Handle coordination of changes, variations, and problem-solving during project execution.
• Maintain organized records of design documents, approvals, and project correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design coordination.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or equivalent.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to details.
