Responsibilities -Production Planning -Material planning of in-house mixing mill -machine wise material distribution planning -stock keeping -man-power management on machines and regular supervision -Quality understanding -Basic knowledge of Quality paper-work -Basic knowledge of using measuring instruments -Willingness to learn technical skills on job as this is a highly technical field Qualities/skills -fast learner -people-skills -experience in rubber or similar industry , preferably non-tyre industry -MS office/Excel/Word -hard worker -dedicated -willingness to learn and develop techinical skills required for the job Languages -Hindi, English Stay provided for individual if needed.
