ID Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and cost estimates for interior design projects

• Prepare tender documents and tender analyses to support competitive procurement processes

• Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of the project lifecycle

• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering assessments to optimise project costs

• Prepare variation orders and change order documentation with cost implications

• Maintain accurate project records, cost reports and financial documentation

• Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to clarify specifications and resolve cost-related queries

• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts for project certification

• Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and clients

What we're looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with interior design
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes and cost management principles
• Proficiency in standard measurement practices and Bills of Quantities preparation
• Competency in cost estimation, budgeting and financial forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools is advantageous
