IDC Low-Voltage Supervisor‌

About the role

This is a low-voltage operations and maintenance position at a large data center in Thailand, responsible for managing environmental monitoring systems, access control, surveillance, structured cabling, and supporting facility systems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain low-voltage systems at large data centers (≥1,000 racks)
• Read low-voltage construction and system diagrams and independently troubleshoot common faults
• Monitor and maintain environmental monitoring systems, water leakage detection, temperature and humidity sensors, and precision air conditioning
• Manage access control, surveillance cameras, NVR storage, and security surveillance systems
• Maintain structured cabling, fiber optics, ODF, network patch cords, and cabinet cabling standards
• Draft inspection, fault, and rectification reports using Office software
• Perform basic troubleshooting of monitoring and environmental control platforms
• Distinguish between low-voltage faults and business network faults

About you

• Associate degree or higher in mechatronics, telecommunications, low-voltage electrical systems, automation, computer networking, or related fields
• 3–5 years or more of experience in low-voltage operations and maintenance at large data centers
• Capable of reading low-voltage construction and system diagrams and independently troubleshooting common faults
• Proficient in using Office software
• Familiar with data center environmental monitoring systems, water leakage detection, temperature and humidity sensors, and precision air conditioning monitoring
• Familiar with structured cabling, fiber optics, ODF, network patch cords, and cabinet cabling standards
• Familiar with basic debugging of access control, cameras, NVR storage, and security surveillance systems
• Possesses basic network knowledge
• Basic English reading and writing skills, with fundamental Thai language proficiency
• Can reside in Thailand long-term, has no criminal record, and is eligible for a Thai work visa
