IDD Direct Support Professional

What You'll Do – A Day in the Life:

• Keep a Watchful, Caring Eye: Your presence will ensure the comfort, happiness, and safety of our residents are always top priority.
• Open Doors to New Experiences: Help individuals explore their community, build connections, and embrace social activities that bring them joy and a sense of belonging.
• Create a Warm "Home Sweet Home": Keep shared living spaces tidy and organized, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Lend a Helping Hand (and Strong Muscles!): You'll assist with mobility, safely utilizing equipment like Hoyer lifts when needed, ensuring comfort and ease of movement.
• Team Up for Success: Collaborate with an incredible network of healthcare professionals to provide holistic, top-notch care, especially for those navigating challenges with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Be a Trusted Guardian: You'll uphold privacy and maintain strict confidentiality, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
