IDD Program Manager - Part Time

Dedicated To Assist Home Care Services LLC is seeking a qualified, part-time IDD Program Manager to join our Executive Management Team and assist with the development and oversight of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The successful candidate must have at least one year of verifiable experience supervising staff who provide direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities or in a related human-services field. Responsibilities will include helping develop programs, preparing for service implementation, supervising and training direct-support staff once services begin, supporting regulatory compliance, monitoring service quality, and maintaining appropriate documentation.

This position reports to the Founder and Executive Director. Employment and work hours are contingent upon successful credential verification, required background checks, Connecticut DDS provider approval, program activation, client enrollment, and execution of a final employment agreement.
