The Opportunity

We are looking for an Identity Management Engineer to support an ongoing SailPoint project and its production operations environment.

You will join a focused three-person team that includes a member acting in a project management capacity. As the project and operational scope continue to require additional engineering support, you will play an important role in maintaining the existing SailPoint environment, resolving integration issues, and onboarding new systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to develop deeper expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and gain hands-on experience across SailPoint, Active Directory, LDAP, HR system integration, and Access Governance .

Candidates with SailPoint experience are highly welcome, but we are also interested in engineers with relevant IAM, Active Directory, LDAP, or HR systems experience who are motivated to expand their careers into the SailPoint domain.

The Project

The project focuses on managing identity and account information across multiple enterprise systems.

Identity data is imported from HR and other source systems into SailPoint and integrated with platforms such as:

• Microsoft Active Directory
• LDAP directories
• Business applications
• Application authentication systems
• Other connected identity and account management environments

The team is responsible for maintaining reliable identity data flows, supporting access management processes, investigating integration failures, and connecting additional systems to SailPoint.

The environment includes both established BAU operations and ongoing integration activities, allowing the successful candidate to contribute beyond routine system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

As a SailPoint / Identity Management Engineer, You Will

• Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the SailPoint environment
• Manage identity data integration from HR and other source systems
• Support the integration of user and account information with Active Directory, LDAP, and application authentication systems
• Investigate identity data import and system integration failures
• Coordinate data reprocessing and recovery activities when required
• Support access request workflows and related operational processes
• Support account and access recertification activities
• Assist with periodic access reviews and Identity Governance processes
• Support the onboarding and integration of new applications and systems into SailPoint
• Work with relevant technical and business stakeholders to identify and resolve identity-related issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and stability of the IAM environment
