Identity Security Engineer - Customer Delivery

We’re looking for a hands-on Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to lead customer implementations and help organizations extend their existing identity infrastructure to applications that have traditionally been difficult to manage. This is a customer-facing delivery role for someone who knows identity systems from the implementation side — someone who has configured, integrated, and deployed IAM solutions in real enterprise environments and is comfortable owning technical projects directly with customers. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their identity environment, scope implementations, design the right approach, and deliver the solution in practice. You’ll also participate in customer demos and technical discussions and work closely with our Product and Engineering teams as we solve new identity challenges. What You’ll Do

• Own IAM implementation projects with customers from initial scoping through deployment and successful production rollout
• Work directly with customer security, identity, IT, and infrastructure teams to understand their environment and requirements
• Configure and integrate identity solutions across customer applications and environments
• Implement use cases such as SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning, and application onboarding
• Scope customer projects and translate business and technical requirements into a practical implementation plan
• Troubleshoot integrations, configurations, authentication flows, and deployment issues
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and customer-facing implementation sessions
• Participate in product demos and explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with Product and Engineering on complex customer use cases and provide feedback from the field
• Help build implementation best practices, repeatable solution patterns, and technical documentation as the company scales

**** Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management, identity security, or a related technical field
• Practical experience implementing or managing IAM solutions such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk Identity, Saviynt, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
• Experience with enterprise identity concepts including SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, and application onboarding
• Good understanding of common identity standards and technologies such as SAML, OIDC/OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory
• Experience working hands-on with enterprise integrations, configurations, APIs, and troubleshooting
• Previous experience working directly with customers and leading technical implementations or projects
• Ability to gather requirements, define scope, and independently drive an implementation forward
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with a high level of ownership
