What they need
Handle customer onboarding and current account opening by visiting client premises, assisting with forms and documents, resolving queries, maintaining TAT, ensuring quality service, stakeholder coordination and audit compliance.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate in any stream with 1–2 years’ banking experience in account opening and branch/operations. Good customer handling, documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
