IE & LEAN PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical), Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Garment Manufacturing, including at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent leadership role in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering.
• Certifications: Lean certification, Yellow / Blue / Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Expertise: Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, including VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Pull Systems (Kanban/JIT), and problem-solving techniques such as PDCA, 5 Why, and 8-Step Problem Solving.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and statistical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
