• Participate in NPI development process and contribute Lean-related insights for process design.
• Sample line programming and optimization in terms of CT, Line balance, efficiency, yield, layout.
• Runtime estimation and maintenance as per real situation.
• Process paperwork (like Flow Chart, PFMEA, Work instruction) update and release.
• Coordinate with ME team closely to ensure that the mass production release smoothly.
• Process cost saving and continuous improvement standing from LEAN perspective.
• Other task assigned by manager. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanic or Electronic or equivalent, 3- 5 years working experience in Lean-related, auto industry is plus.
• Be familiar with LENA knowledge and has demonstrated successful LEAN improvement case in past.
• Be familiar with TPM/TQM/JIT/VSM/SPC LEAN management tools；
• Good command of computer, can read and understand the print and its requirements. Fluent in English communication, oral is plus.
