该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责Responsibility： 1.所管辖产线的相应IE工作； Corresponding IE work of the production line under responsibility 1）对应管辖产线的新产品导入工作（项目工作任务分解和跟踪，工艺流定义、布局方案、BOM创建和调整等SAP信息维护、工装工作台设计和提供技术参数、试制至量产跟踪、培训）； NPI related work（project WBS,process routing creation,layout、BOM creation and update SAP basic data maintain、fixture and testbench design, parameter design、pilot run /trial run to series production manage, training） 2）对应管辖产品的标准工时管理（产品标准工时制定，标准工时数据库维护与改进） Working sheet per code of products(ST define, database updating) 3）对应所管辖产线布局、物流的设计及改进（流水线/工位layout、工装夹具设计）;标准产出设定(TT, CT ,line balance, 产能爬坡) Layout & material flow and improvement with Corresponding production line(assembly line/working station layout, fixture design); daily output/line(TT, CT，line balance, ramp-up) 4）流水线、车间产能计算和监控，基于订单预测的预警（人力，设备） Assembly line/workshop capacity calculation and monitoring, early warning based on order forecast(labor, machine) 5）其它必要工作。AGV， pull production, MES knowledge Others necessary work 2.负责指定生产线5S目视化工作推进及标准制定；

• 负责推进对应产线生产效率的持续改进，浪费的主动识别和消除，为公司生产创建增值，包括但不限于： Responsible for promoting the improvement of production efficiency and waste identification 、elimination proactively，Value-created , including but not limited to: 1）针对特定人群的IE基础知识培训（人-机分析，程序分析，动作分析，TPS Standard Work） Traditional IE knowledge training for fixed group or personal(man-machine, process, motion study, TPS prefer) 2）根据部门经理指定项目制作活动计划，并按照计划推进相应活动 Make yearly activity plan according to the project designated by the department manager, and promote the corresponding activities according to the plan 3）现场产线七大浪费识别改进活动，开展时间研究（muda,mura,muri） Seven waste identification and improvement activities for all the production lines， time study（muda,mura,muri） 4）降成本活动 （报废，返工，合格品率） Cost down activities listing and implementation 5）参与监测、改进、完善生产指标 Participate in monitoring, improving production indicators 6) 月度改进活动报告 Making monthly improvement activities related report 4.按时完成领导交办的其它工作项目或任务。 Be responsible for organizing and implementing other works or project assigned by company management. 任职资格qualification： 1、大学本科及以上学历，机械或者IE相关专业； above bachelor degree, mechanic or IE field 2、具5-10年以上IE,工艺工程师经验工作经验； above 5-10 years experience on IE and PE 3、熟悉组装工厂制造流程； familiar with manufacture work process 4、一定的团队合作能力和项目管理能力，快速学习能力和自我驱动力； project manage skill and team work ability，fast-learning and self-motivation 5、具有一定的英语阅读和写作能力优先；能熟练应用AutoCAD等设计软件； good English skill for listening eading\speaking\writing, familiar with Autocad. 6、善于交流，具有较强的工作责任心和事业心。适应快节奏，结果导向。 Be good at communication, strong responsibility。Result-oriented。
