该职位来源于猎聘 PRIMARY PURPOSE: Lead and participate in team projects to service company for waste elimination and efficiency improvement. 职位概述：主导并参与跨部门改善项目，支持公司消除浪费、提升生产效率与整体运营效率。 SCOPE: Lead standard time operation system, provide professional layout scheme, push continuous improvement and popularize IE tools and methods. 工作范围: 1、主导并管理标准工时体系； 2、提供专业的生产线及工厂布局设计方案； 3、动持续改善活动； 4、在公司范围内推广和标准化工业工程（IE）工具与方法的应用。 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and audit standard time data, and optimize standard time operation system to support product quoted price, employee performance and relative costing calculation.
• Create, implement and maintain time measurement system to push production line continuous improvement promoting products competition advantage.
• Build Layout system, provide its design scheme and maintain it.
• Formulate operation standardization including *** and machine, and design its layout for company automation.
• Lead and finish LB Kaizen projects with their expectation.
• Train and popularize IE knowledge and tools. 工作职责： 1、维护、审核并持续优化标准工时数据，为产品成本核算、报价、人工效率评估及绩效管理提供支持。 2、建立、实施并维护工时测量体系，推动生产线持续改善，增强产品竞争力。 3、建立并维护工厂布局管理体系，包括布局设计标准及持续更新。 4、制定并推进人机作业流程标准化，并为自动化项目设计相应的布局方案。 5、主导精益改善（Lean Kaizen / LB）项目，确保达成预期改善目标。 6、在公司内部开展工业工程（IE）知识、工具及方法的培训与推广。

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering Experience in IE work occupation at least 3 years Prior experience in IE work occupation with 5 years or more and own the big electric industry Kaizen experience. Master IE professional knowledge necessary.

Possess good abilities on project management, communication skill, organizing and analysis as well as training for other engineers. Excellent in AutoCAD or Solid work software Good English ability, especially reading and writing.. 1、工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、至少 3 年工业工程相关岗位实际工作经验； 3、5 年及以上工业工程经验者优先，具备大型制造业/电气或电子行业 Kaizen 改善项目经验； 4、扎实的工业工程专业理论基础与实操能力； 5、具备良好的项目管理、沟通协调、组织分析及培训他人的能力； 6、熟练使用 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 等工程设计软件； 7、良好的英语能力，尤其是阅读和书写能力。
