What they need
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Metal Fabrication with specific expertise in Stamping, Bending, Cleaning, Powder Coating, Silkscreen Printing
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with CAM system
- Strong understanding of automation processes in sheet metal parts manufacturing
- Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Malay
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for metal fabrication, focusing on automation
- Design and integrate automated system into existing production lines to enhance productivity and precision
- Analyse production data to identify opportunities for process improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness and sustainability
- Prepare detailed process documentation and technical reports for internal use and client presentations
- Provide training and support production teams on new processes and technologies
